This season saw the team move up an age group after the majority had played at under sevens for Two years together. They didnt have a great start to the season but as the year went on they grew in confidence. They went out of the Challenge cup at Quarter final stage in a game that they should have won. Dispite this upset they did not lose confidence and after some tough games reached the Suplementary cup final where the met the eventual league runners up De La Salle. This game ended in a 1 - 1 draw and they shared the trophy, but for lots of this game they were the better team and could just not get the winner. The team eventually finished mid table and whilst this was a bit of a dissapoinment as we know that they could have achieved more, over a season it was a position that reflected their results. The pre season did however see them playing in Three tournaments and winning Two of them. In one of the finals they again played De La Salle and this time found the scoring touch and won a deserving 4 - 1. In the other tournament win they only lost one game and only conceded 1 goal eventually winning this on penalties with all 5 takers beating the keeper. All in all a very satisfactory season which saw the team improve with ever match that they played.Would just like to add that our goalkeeper for the past Three years Ben Burrows has moved on and signed for Everton FC we would just like to wish him well for the future and to remember us when he is playing for England.

In junior football, should all players be given the same amount of time on the pitch during a game, regardless of ability?
Yes, always. Getting kids involved is the most important thing.
Yes, unless it is an important game.
No. Winning is important at all ages, so the best players should play more often.
