A big scoreline but no way did it reflect a good match. Early on we looked great, good wing play gave us an early chance but we just couldn't convert with a shot going straight across the goal line missed by everyone. Parkwyddn are a ver good side and it was not long before they were pressing us. Parkwyddn had a good 10 minutes where Barhill had a crazy 10 minutes and we conceded a couple of easy goals good goals but we just didn't close the striker of the ball down which enabled them to get a shot going. Heads went down a bit and we got a bit tight wingers came in the middle but this left us with no width but left and right back stuck outside giving Parkwyddn room to open us up. "2-0 down I thought we had a good shout for a penalty but it was not to be and was good to see none of the Barrhill players mithering the ref when the decision went against us. again another 2 quick goals gave Parkwyddn 4-0 lead at half time We did have a lot of positives from this half we just needed to get a little break or a lucky bounce.
The second half was prety much the same We tried 110% but seemed to lose our shape again parkwyddn took advantage the shuffling of players took a bit to settle down and in the last 2 minutes Tom Sykes received the ball controlled it and put a great pass through the parkwyddn defence to Phil who ran with the ball from the half way line and was unlucky not to finish with a great goal.

Positives We had 3 players who have not played before who had decent games Especially the Birthday Boy Jake who looked impressive at times.
Tom who looked better in midfield
Nathan who did fantastic in Defence

and best of all nearly everyone of the outfield players Headed the ball

But Player of the Match was Nathan McDowell who was outstanding in this game Pace Power and Determination
